We are thinking the same way. Tesla's tech is so hard to leave because it's so good. We don't have a Porsche right now because of the infotainment systems we've tried in the past. Hopefully, they have made the UI much better in the new Cayenne EV.I’m hoping Kyle is correct. I’m looking for options for life after our Model X Plaid lease expires. We had a Taycan and other than the infotainment systems found it to be really great. My wife prefers SUVs (thus the X) and the Cayenne is probably the perfect size. I’ll be following closely and hope it turns out as well as expectations.
I think the Cayenne uses a new Google (could be android) based OS vs my former Taycan. Other than the awful PCM experience, everything else about the Taycan 4S was just great. It looked great (IMHO), had amazing interior, fit and finish, and the ride quality was wonderful. Even the rest seat room was quite good. It’s just easier for us to have a CUV/SUV not sure where the Cayenne falls in that but it seems just right sized. We are thinking the same way. Tesla's tech is so hard to leave because it's so good.
