Yikes! I had the same experience when I was shopping for a Cayenne a couple of years ago. The infotainment was really glitchy and hard to use. I really hope they have fixed that in the new Cayenne EV.

I hadn't thought of the efficiency loss. It's worth it for my wife's car, since she wouldn't have to worry about planning ahead. I'm much more disciplined there and can make a habit of plugging in daily or as needed.
